    Most hotels rent to anyone over the age of 18. You must have a valid ID.

    I think most of them do. You have to be at least 18 in order to reserve a room. I lived most of my life in Va Beach and back in the day they rented to 18 and over. Give one a call and find out what the restrictions are.
